Francis Owens
Director - Having spent many years running a homelessness charity, my wife Sharon and I saw a need among our community that the limits of our charity could not let us support. After some research and discussion we discovered that the perfect way to resolve this problem would be to launch In Harmony Food Revolution as a Community Interest Company (CIC) alongside our charity (THAG) and the results have been incredible.
My own background has 20 years of setting up projects from scratch some of which have included elements of cookery and feeding people as well as environmental work so I was well placed to bring those skills together in support of the local community and environment.

Admin Assistant - Having received support from Sharon and Francis during a difficult time in my life and having enjoyed their Junk Food Cafe through happier times I was delighted to hear that they were recruiting an admin assistant and applied at once. Although I'm a recent addition to the team I still feel like part of a kind and supportive family and look forward to working here for a long time to come. Environmental issues and issues of equality have always been very close to my heart and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be able to do work of value that supports our wonderful planet and our local community.
